When a customer buys an item from you, you will deliver or we help you deliver when ypur business is in Accra. Upon delivery confirmation by the delivery guy or buyer, we shall then release the money to you

We handle deliveries for business in Accra, and those outside Accra, handle deliveries themselves. You can also opt to handle deliveries yourself if you are in Accra.
The money paid by the customer for the product is released to you once we confirm that the product has been delivered to the customer.
Refunds are processed for buyers when they are not sattisfied and wants to return items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request, and we'll guide you through the process.
