We shall mostly handle refunds for businesses that have partnered with us for deliveries. But we dont only handle refunds for this scenario, but we handle for all scenarious except that we might not be exclusively invloved in particular cases which involve business that handle their own deliveries and try to do businesswith the customer outside the platform.
